How To Be Sure If Its Qnap Hardware or HDD Issue?

Problem;

I have new QNAP 863U . that has a problem. I have install it with 6 HD of 2TB , raid5. After a hour qnap restart itself and start rebuilding the raid again. And after a few hours lagter it happened again;
What maybe the problem?
It’s a new machine

.

How To Identify If Its Broken HDD Issue Or Not;

1 – Power Off Nas and Plug out all HDDs,

2 – Start Qnap without HDD’s

3 – A few minutes later, Qnapfinder should find your NAS. Start the setup. Do not choose “Restore to Factory Defaults” and choose “Initilize System”.

(Warning: this will complety wipe data)

4 – When Qnap ask you to Plug HDD, use another slot HDD (example 6.th slot HDD) on second HDD slot! (do not insert other HDD’s yet..)

5 – Start installation as Single Disk (dont worry, we will change this to RAID in nex steps)

6 – After 15 minutes, Qnap should format & Installation should complete. Now login device and go to RAID Managment screen.

7 – Plug another HDD to first slot, and format this as single disk.. also do same process for the rest of HDD’s

(Choose “single” mode, not RAID 5 in this screen;

Flexible_Volume_2

8 – From Qnap Market, install Diagnostic tools, and start speed test for each HDD’s
