You saved my ass! I had a harddrive from a NAS system that was unreadable. I used DiskInternals to get my data back!

Hi,

Thanks for your support, but my firmware is 4.1.2, and my share folder is under /share/CACHEDEV1.

So my r-stduio cannot show nas filesystem correctly (this is screenshot http://ppt.cc/4HSt).

Is there any suggestion about this situation?

Years ago I bought a sata hdd dockingstation from a chines site for $20. Today I finally used it to connect my corrupt hd from the Nas to recover as much as possible. I did connect it to the USB-port of my TS-219P

Hi;

It may depend on HDD size, number of files or damage on HDD. Also if you’r not recovering deleted file, you can try Diskinternal Linux Reader, it works really fast.
