		<description><![CDATA[This kind of configration files stored in HDD&#039;s, so if you start device with any HDD from part of your RAID, Qnap try to get back configration on this HDD,

If your start Qnap with new HDD in first bay, Qnap may try to format whole system, so you can try this to use device without loosing data or configration;
 
1 - Power off the NAS,
2 - Plug out first HDD (broken HDD)
3 - Start device back again withput this HDD,

After device start, you should able to enter interface back again. Now you can plug in new HDD in first HDD slot. Format first drive in Volume configration to use it.]]></description>
